Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorders (OSFED)

OSFED is a diagnostic category of feeding and eating disorders which may appropriately be assigned when symptoms of Anorexia Nervosa (restricted food intake), Bulimia Nervosa (eating episodes followed by purging or compensatory behaviors), or Binge Eating Disorder (episodes of overeating) are not sufficiently frequent or severe to fully meet other diagnostic criteria.

At ASCEND, we recognize the complexity of OSFED, providing thoughtful, individualized care that meets each client where they are and supports their full recovery.
